International Aid, Inc. a non profit company (the “Company”) warrants to you (the “Owner”), the first international (outside the U.S.) purchaser of the used product (the “Product) that the Company will repair, replace or provide a limited credit in the event of defects in materials or workmanship it finds to its satisfaction to occur and which are reported to the Company within the warranty period, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions set forth below. Your acceptance of delivery of the warranted Product constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this limited warranty.

There are no warranties other than those contained herein, unless otherwise required under applicable law. For Company Products sold in EC member states, the Owner has legal rights under applicable national legislation and the Consumers Protective Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 governing the sale of consumer goods, and those rights are not affected by this Limited Warranty; any claim that a Product was nonconforming at the time of delivery to port in the country of destination must be made within ninety days (90) from the date of delivery, or the minimum period required by applicable law (if more than ninety (90) days) (the minimum applicable period is referred to as the "warranty period"). This limited warranty is not transferable.

The Company will repair, replace or provide a limited credit, at its sole discretion, as the sole and exclusive remedy in the event of defects in materials or workmanship if such claim is made in writing, accompanied by a photograph or other information demonstrating any claimed defect, to the Company within the warranty period. The warranty period runs from the date of delivery to the Owner.

NOTE: The Company will respond to warranty claims within 90 days of its receipt of any claim. Under no circumstances will the Company’s liability exceed a maximum amount equal to the purchase price of the product for any claim. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the Owner.

This Warranty Does Not Cover batteries, damage caused by transportation, heat, moisture, adverse storage conditions, or damage incurred during installation. New products purchased for the Owner by the Company will be warranted only by the manufacturer. Product sold on an “as is” basis is not warranted.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive express warranty from the Company. To the fullest extent allowed by law, all statutory warranties and guarantees, and all implied warranties or guarantees (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) are excluded and disclaimed and excluded. If any statutory or implied warranty of merchantable quality or fitness is required under local law, all remedies shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein to the fullest extent allowed under applicable law. If applicable law does not allow the exclusion or disclaimer of certain implied or statutory warranties or remedies, then any such implied warranties and remedies shall be limited in duration and scope to the minimum allowed under applicable law.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement, of parts and components covered by this warranty, or a credit not to exceed the purchase price of the Product. at the Company's sole option, and does not include incidental or consequential damages that are specifically DISCLAIMED and EXCLUDED from warranty coverage.

The Company is your contact for reporting warranty claims and receiving warranty service. Any claim must be received by the Company within the warranty period to obtain warranty service. The Owner is responsible for the expense associated with transporting the Products to and from the Company, if required. Any legal action alleging a breach of warranty must be brought within one (1) year from the date the alleged breach first occurred.

This document contains the entire warranty given by the Company. The Company does not authorize any person or persons to change the terms of this express limited warranty, which is the Company’s only warranty. The Company reserves the right to change or improve the selection, design, or manufacture of Products without obligation to modify any products previously manufactured.
